CAMERON'S CRUSADERS
The mission of the Crusaders is to open up communication and build a trusting, supportive community for students to allow them to make good choices based on current facts and absent of any fear of consequence. The target is building messaging and tools effective for people from 12 – 24 years of age. The focus is on drug abuse, addiction, mental health. Crusaders must be empathetic, respectful, good listeners and not be afraid to challenge the current environment in the proper way. Creativity, STRENGTH of character and good COURAGE are a must.

Why the Concern?
- 35% of American teens aged 13 - 17 don't know enough about fentanyl to rate its danger.
- Among teenagers, overdose deaths linked to synthetic opioids like fentanyl TRIPLED in the past 2 years.
- Fentanyl ranks #1 on the list of biggest killers of 18 - 45 year olds in the United states.
Communicate
Educate & Communicate
- Discuss the harms with your kids. Research has shown that kids who have multiple opportunities to discuss the harms of drug use with caring adults fare much better.
- Maybe your kids are good but your awareness may save a friend.

- Support your schools and government in efforts to educate and prevent abuse
